Now Foods Omega-3 is a food supplement in which each softgel contains 1000 mg of molecularly distilled fish oil concentrate. One softgel provides 180 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 120 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – the two main long-chain omega-3 fatty acids found in oily sea fish.
