Mix 1 scoop in 10-12 ounces of cold water. Consume 20-30 minutes before your workout.

Start with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance.

Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day.

Citric acid, natural flavor, malic acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, tartaric acid, steviol glycosides, sucralose, fruit and vegetable powder (color).

Contains 388 mg of caffeine per serving or about as much caffeine as 4 cups of coffee.
