    Usage Instructions

    Recommended dosage: Take one capsule twice a day, 15 minutes before your two main meals (lunch and dinner). When having a high carb or starchy meal, you may take two capsules twice a day. Wash down with plenty of water.
    Optimal usage:
    • Regular dose: 1 capsule before lunch + 1 capsule before dinner
    • High carb day: 2 capsules before lunch + 2 capsules before dinner
