Amix Lipotropic is a caffeine-free food supplement that combines nine ingredients in one capsule: L-carnitine tartrate, choline bitartrate, inositol, taurine, betaine hydrochloride, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), Garcinia cambogia extract, methionine and vitamin B6. One serving, i.e. five capsules, contains 550 mg of L-carnitine tartrate, 550 mg of choline bitartrate, 550 mg of inositol, 500 mg of taurine and 1.5 mg of vitamin B6, which is 107% of the nutrient reference value. The serving also provides 250 mg of betaine hydrochloride, 250 mg of conjugated linoleic acid, 250 mg of Garcinia cambogia extract and 100 mg of methionine. The package contains 100 vegetable capsules, i.e. 20 five-capsule servings.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is a water-soluble B vitamin that the body cannot produce itself and must obtain from food – for example fish, poultry, potatoes, bananas and wholegrain products. In this product vitamin B6 is present as pyridoxine hydrochloride, and a five-capsule serving provides 1.5 mg, i.e. 107% of the nutrient reference value for adults.

How to use?

Take 5 capsules a day, preferably about 30–60 minutes before physical activity, with plenty of water. The capsules are unflavoured and easy to swallow with water. Ingredients and package

The capsule contents consist of L-carnitine tartrate, choline bitartrate, inositol, taurine, betaine hydrochloride, conjugated linoleic acid, Garcinia cambogia extract, methionine and pyridoxine hydrochloride. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water and the colour calcium carbonate. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (Methocel®) is used as a stabiliser, and magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide as anti-caking agents. The product may contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten, crustaceans and molluscs. The package contains 100 capsules. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
