White kidney bean extract (Phaseolus vulgaris) is obtained from the common bean, also known as a food; a serving contains 400 mg. Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apples, and its acetic acid content is standardised to 11% – a serving contains 400 mg of apple cider vinegar with 44 mg of acetic acid. Chromium is a trace element the body needs in small amounts; the product contains it as chromium picolinate. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble B vitamin found naturally mainly in foods of animal origin; the product contains it as methylcobalamin.

How to use?

Take 1 serving, i.e. 2 capsules, a day, preferably before a meal, with a glass of water. The product is intended for adults. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other supplements containing chromium or vitamin B12, such as multivitamins, take their amount into account. One package lasts 30 days with the recommended use.
