The Adidas Lifting Grips Pack is a set for pull exercises that combines a pair of lifting grips with a pair of matching knitted wrist protectors. The lifting grips fasten around the wrist with a Velcro strap and a metal D buckle, and their double-sided PU surface helps you hold a bar, dumbbell or kettlebell more firmly. The knitted wrist protectors are soft and breathable and absorb sweat, so your hands stay drier during training. The set is designed above all for heavy pull movements such as deadlifts, rows and pull-ups. Sportlab offers the black and white colourway in sizes S/M and L/XL.

PU grip surface and Velcro fastening

The grip surface of the lifting grips is made of double-sided PU (polyurethane) and has a quadrate pattern that gives better traction around a bar or handle. A padded anchor insert keeps the grip in place so that your hand does not slip even when there are many reps or the load is heavy. The grips fasten around the wrist with Velcro, and a metal D buckle holds the fastening firmly in place. According to the manufacturer, the lifting grips reduce slippage as well as grip and forearm fatigue, so you can focus on your technique and do more reps. The knitted wrist protectors in the set give the wrist and forearm light compression and soft cushioning, reduce rubbing and discomfort, and their absorbent material wipes away sweat.

How to use?

Choose the right size according to your palm length (see below). Place the lifting grip on your wrist so that the grip surface lies in your palm, and fasten it with the Velcro strap and D buckle so that it is tight but comfortable. Grip the bar, dumbbell, kettlebell or rings together with the grip surface and perform the exercise with your usual technique. Pull the knitted wrist protectors onto your wrists. After training, open the Velcro fastening and let the grips and wrist protectors air dry.
