How to use?

Slide your hand through the loop of the strap and tighten it around your wrist so that it sits firmly but does not squeeze. Place the free end of the strap around the bar or dumbbell handle, wrap it a couple of times around the bar – over and under – and then grip the bar with your hand. This way the strap stays between the bar and your palm and the grip stays in place. For deadlifts, tighten the strap so that it holds the bar firmly without restricting movement; for barbell rows you can leave the strap slightly looser so that your wrist can move more freely. After the set, unwrap the strap from the bar and release your wrist.

Colour and care

For washing, RDX recommends hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent, as machine washing can weaken the material and stitching over time. After washing, let the straps air dry completely and do not use a tumble dryer, as heat can damage the straps and cause shrinkage.
