VemoHerb Eastern Adaptogen – three natural ingredients in one capsule

VemoHerb Eastern Adaptogen is a food supplement in capsule form that combines three ingredients known from the folk traditions of Eastern Europe and Asia: dry extract of rhodiola (golden root), dry extract of Siberian ginseng (eleuthero) and shilajit. Rhodiola, Siberian ginseng and shilajit

Rhodiola, or golden root (Rhodiola rosea), is a perennial plant of the stonecrop family that grows in the cool and mountainous regions of Northern Europe, Siberia and North America. The rhodiola dry extract used in this product is standardised to contain at least 3% rosavins and at least 1% salidroside. Per capsule, this means at least 6 mg of rosavins and 2 mg of salidroside.

Siberian ginseng, or eleuthero (Acanthopanax senticosus), is a thorny shrub of the ivy family that grows in North-East Asia – in the Russian Far East, China, Korea and Japan. Despite its name, it does not belong to the same genus as true ginseng. The extract used in the product is standardised to at least 1.5% eleutherosides B and E, so one capsule contains at least 3 mg of them.

Shilajit (mumijo) is a dark, resin-like natural substance collected from rock crevices in the Himalayas, the Altai and other mountain ranges. It consists mainly of humic substances, including fulvic acid, and minerals. The shilajit used in this product is standardised to at least 50% fulvic acid, which means at least 100 mg of fulvic acid per capsule.

How to use?

Take 1 capsule once or twice a day between meals and swallow it with a glass of water. The recommended daily dose is up to 2 capsules – do not exceed it. If you take two capsules a day, split them into two separate intakes. If you use other food supplements containing rhodiola, eleuthero or shilajit at the same time, take their amounts into account too. At one capsule a day, a container lasts 60 days; at two capsules a day, 30 days.
