VemoHerb Recharge is a food supplement in vegetable capsules that combines minerals, vitamins, an amino acid and a plant extract in one capsule. Each capsule contains 92 mg of magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate, 6 mg of zinc as zinc bisglycinate, 5 mg of vitamin B6, 125 µg of vitamin B12 as cobamamide, 350 mg of glycine and 250 mg of dry extract of Bulgarian Tribulus terrestris. The recommended daily dose is 1–2 capsules, which the manufacturer recommends taking in the evening. The pack contains 60 capsules, which last 30–60 days depending on the dose. How to use?

Take 1–2 capsules a day in the evening, between meals, and swallow them with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you use other food supplements containing magnesium, zinc or B vitamins at the same time, take their amounts into account too. With one capsule a day the pack lasts 60 days, with two capsules 30 days.

The Tribulus terrestris extract is standardised to 60% furostanol saponins, determined as protodioscin, and the manufacturer has patented it under the name Tribuscin. According to VemoHerb, the company has its own extraction plant in the town of Knezha in Bulgaria, and every batch is analysed in the laboratory to keep the content of active substances consistent.
