Osavi Vitamin D3 4000 IU – sublingual oral spray

Osavi Vitamin D3 Max 4000 IU is a food supplement with vitamin D3 in the form of a sublingual oral spray. One spray, or 0.1 ml, provides 100 µg, or 4000 IU, of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, which is 2000% of the nutrient reference value for vitamin D. The bottle contains 12.5 ml of liquid, enough for 125 daily doses – with one spray a day, about four months.

The composition is simple: vitamin D3 is dissolved in MCT oil, or medium-chain triglycerides, and the label lists no other ingredients. The spray is convenient for those who do not like swallowing tablets or capsules, and the small bottle fits easily into a bag or travel kit.

Vitamin D

How to use?

Shake the bottle well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3–4 times to activate it. Then spray once (0.1 ml) under the tongue – this is the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. Do not use other food supplements containing vitamin D at the same time without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Use the opened bottle within 6 months and keep it in a dark, dry place at room temperature.
