Now Foods Folic Acid is a food supplement in which each tablet contains 800 µg of folic acid and 25 µg of vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin. One tablet a day provides 400% of the nutrient reference value (NRV) for folate and 1000% for vitamin B12. The container holds 250 tablets, or 250 daily doses, so one pack lasts more than eight months with regular use. Folate and vitamin B12

How to use?

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Swallow the tablet with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you use multivitamins or other food supplements containing folic acid and vitamin B12 at the same time, take their content into account as well. After opening, keep the container in a cool, dry place and close the lid carefully after use.
