Now Foods Full Spectrum Mineral Caps is a food supplement in vegetable capsules that combines ten important minerals and vitamin D3 in one daily dose. Two capsules provide 250 mg of calcium, 250 mg of magnesium, 7.5 mg of zinc, 2.5 mg of manganese, 1 mg of copper, 112.5 µg of iodine, 100 µg of chromium, 50 µg of selenium, 50 µg of molybdenum and 50 mg of potassium, plus 5 µg of vitamin D3.
