Graviola leaves

Graviola (Annona muricata) is a small evergreen tree of the custard apple family that grows in tropical areas of the world. Its large green fruit with soft spines is also known as soursop, and its white, juicy flesh is used to make juices, drinks and desserts. Now Foods Graviola capsules, however, do not contain the fruit flesh but the leaves of the tree: they are dried, ground into a fine powder and packed into vegetable capsules. How to use?

The suggested amount is 2 capsules 3 to 4 times daily as needed. The largest daily dose is therefore 8 capsules, containing a total of 4 g of graviola leaf powder. Swallow the capsules with a sufficient amount of water and divide the daily amount over several intakes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. At the largest daily dose, the 100-capsule container lasts 12 full days; at two capsules a day it lasts 50 days.
