Now Foods Vitamin D-3 & K-2 is a food supplement in capsules that combines two fat-soluble vitamins: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-4 (MK-4). One capsule provides 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D, which is 500% of the nutrient reference value, and 45 µg of vitamin K, which is 60% of the nutrient reference value. The recommended use is one capsule once or twice a day with food, so the maximum daily amount is two capsules, providing 50 µg of vitamin D and 90 µg of vitamin K. The bottle contains 120 capsules, which last two to four months depending on the amount taken. According to the manufacturer, the vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin.
