OstroVit Choline + Inositol is a food supplement in tablet form that combines two substances: choline and inositol. What are choline and inositol?

Choline is a nutrient that is chemically a quaternary amine. Choline used to be classified as a B vitamin and was called vitamin B4; today it is regarded as a vitamin-like compound that the human body can produce itself in small amounts. Choline is obtained from the diet mainly from foods of animal origin, but it is also found in almonds, wheat germ and dried legumes. In this product, choline is present as choline bitartrate, a salt of choline and tartaric acid. Inositol is chemically a polyol. Inositol, too, used to be regarded as a B vitamin and was called vitamin B8, but today it is considered a vitamin-like compound that the body can produce itself. The richest dietary sources of inositol are fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts and cereals. The myo-inositol used in the product is the most common form of inositol in nature.

How to use?

Take one serving, i.e. 2 tablets a day, and swallow them with a glass of water. Two tablets are also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. If you also take other food supplements containing choline or inositol, such as B-complex products, take their amounts into account as well. 120 tablets last for 60 days with the recommended use.
