Amix Masster – protein and carbohydrate blend with creatine and amino acids

Amix Masster is a powdered food supplement with sweeteners and flavouring that combines proteins, carbohydrates and a wide range of additional ingredients in one drink. The protein blend consists of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolates produced by the CFM® method and by ion exchange, hydrolysed whey protein, egg protein and amino acids derived from beef protein hydrolysate. The carbohydrates come from glucose, fructose, maltodextrin, isomaltulose (Palatinose®) and the ModCarb™ grain blend. The 100 g daily dose contains 45 g of protein, 39 g of carbohydrate and 366 kcal. The daily dose also contains four creatine compounds totalling 3000 mg, L-glutamine, branched-chain amino acids, taurine, beta-alanine, HMB, plant extracts and the DigeZyme® enzyme complex. The package contains 2200 g of powder, i.e. 22 daily doses.

Protein, calcium and phosphorus

Together with carbohydrates and fats, protein is one of the three macronutrients. Calcium and phosphorus are minerals found in the body mostly in bones and teeth. The 100 g daily dose provides 45 g of protein, 120 mg of calcium (15% of the nutrient reference value) and 203 mg of phosphorus (29% of the reference value); about half of the product's energy comes from protein.

How to use?

The recommended daily amount is 100 g, divided into two 50 g servings (about 1.5 scoops): one serving about 1 hour before training and the other within about 1 hour after training. Mix 50 g of powder with 200 ml of water or low-fat milk using a shaker or an electric mixer. You can change the taste and sweetness of the drink by adjusting the amount of water. One 50 g serving contains half of the per-100 g amounts shown in the nutrition information. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other products containing creatine or amino acids, take their amounts into account.

Who is it for?

Amix Masster is suitable for adults who train intensively and want to supplement their diet with proteins and carbohydrates while also getting creatine and amino acids from the same drink. Do not use the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding; it is not intended for children. As the product contains saw palmetto extract, it is not recommended for women of childbearing age or for boys and girls before puberty. The product contains milk, egg, soy and oats and may contain traces of gluten, fish, tree nuts, peanuts and crustaceans. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the food supplement.

Ingredients, flavours and storage

The protein blend is based on whey proteins from milk, complemented by egg protein and amino acids derived from beef protein hydrolysate. The daily dose also contains plant ingredients – 300 mg of Tribulus terrestris fruit, 100 mg of saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) fruit extract and 100 mg of damiana (Turnera diffusa) leaf extract – and 150 mg of the DigeZyme® enzyme complex. The chocolate flavour contains cocoa powder, and the strawberry and forest fruits flavours contain beetroot juice. Sucralose and acesulfame K are used as sweeteners. Store in a dry place (max. 70% relative humidity) at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from sunlight and protected from frost.
