Muscle Mass contains high biological value proteins from five different sources: whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed protein, calcium caseinate, whey protein isolate and egg white. These protein sources are absorbed at different rates, ensuring a continuous flow of amino acids both immediately after training and over a longer period. The protein component helps maintain and build muscle mass.
Five Different Carbohydrates
Sufficient calorie intake is essential for mass building. Muscle Mass contains five carbohydrates with different glycemic indices: sucrose, dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin and corn starch. Higher glycemic index carbohydrates help quickly restore glycogen stores after training, while lower glycemic index carbohydrates supply the body with energy over a longer period.
Creatine Monohydrate and Glutamine Peptides
The product contains micronized creatine monohydrate (3%), consisting of three amino acids (glycine, methionine, arginine) and playing an important role in ATP production processes. Additionally, Muscle Mass contains glutamine peptides, which have better bioavailability compared to free-form L-glutamine.

How to use
Mix 1 serving (55 g = 1.5 level scoops = 4 heaped tablespoons) with 400 ml water in a shaker bottle. On training days take 1 serving after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days consume 1 serving between meals.
