Composition

According to the manufacturer, the product is based on native whey protein isolate made directly from fresh milk by micro- and ultrafiltration at low temperature. One serving contains 3413 mg micronized creatine monohydrate (3000 mg creatine), 1050 mg L-glutamine, 315 mg L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, 75 mg L-tryptophan, 4.0 mg niacin (25% of the nutrient reference value) and 1.5 mg zinc (15%).

How to use?

On training days, drink the serving immediately after training; on rest days, in the afternoon. According to the manufacturer, the drink made with 400 ml of water is lactose-free. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount: one serving a day provides exactly 3 g of creatine. If you also use other creatine-containing products, take their amounts into account.
