Native whey protein isolate

According to the manufacturer, the native whey protein isolate used in the product is made directly from fresh milk: the milk is pasteurised, then filtered at low temperature by micro- and ultrafiltration and dried into a powder in a special drying chamber. Unlike ordinary whey protein, it is not a by-product of cheese making. The isolate is high in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates. How to use?

Mix 1 serving (25 g, or 3 level spoonfuls) of powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving right after your workout. On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the afternoon. The daily amount stated by the manufacturer is 50 g, or two servings. As the powder contains no sweeteners, the taste is milder than that of typical protein drinks; it can also be mixed into a smoothie or porridge.
