Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydro Whey is a protein powder from the Platinum range whose protein source is entirely hydrolysed whey protein isolate. One 40 g serving provides 30 g of protein and 141 kcal, with 0.5 g of fat and 0.5 g of sugars. A blend of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) – L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine – has also been added, so together with those naturally present in whey protein, each serving provides 9.5 g of BCAAs in total. The 1.6 kg container holds 40 servings. The powder is ready to mix: one scoop and cold water are all you need. The protein powder is sweetened with sweeteners.

How to use?

Add one heaped scoop (40 g) of powder to 260 ml of cold water and mix in a shaker or glass until smooth. The manufacturer suggests drinking the shake in the morning, before or after training.
