Power System Crossfit Grips are leather palm grips for training on gymnastic bars, rings and other gymnastic equipment. The grips cover the palm and sit between your hand and the bar, so the bar does not rub directly against the skin and your hold stays firm throughout the workout. According to the manufacturer, the grips still leave enough sensitivity for you to feel the bar well. There are three finger holes at the top, and an elastic wrist strap with a hook-and-loop fastener keeps the grip in place during training. According to the manufacturer, the grips are made of high-quality leather that is durable yet soft and moulds well to the shape of the hand. The grips are flexible and lightweight. At the top end of the leather part there are three holes for your fingers – they keep the grip in the right position on the palm during training. How to use?

Slide three fingers through the holes at the top of the grip so that the leather part lies on your palm. Then wrap the elastic strap around your wrist and fasten it with the hook-and-loop closure – tighten it just enough for the grip to stay firmly in place without the strap squeezing too much. Take hold of the bar or rings so that the leather sits between your hand and the equipment. The grips are suitable, for example, for pull-ups, including weighted pull-ups, hanging leg raises and other exercises on the gymnastic bar and rings. After training, open the fastener, take the grips off and let them air dry.
