Power System Fitness Roller – massage roller with a 3D surface for self-massage

Power System Fitness Roller is a foam massage roller designed for self-massage and for use alongside stretching and mobility exercises. The manufacturer describes it as a trusted training tool whose special design allows for a targeted massage of the areas you choose. You can use the roller during and after your workout to massage tight and stiff muscles and help the body relax. The textured 3D surface, dense EVA foam and rigid hollow core make the roller a durable tool suitable for daily use at home or in the gym. At Sportlab it is available in orange, green and pink.

EVA foam and a hollow ABS core

The outer surface of the roller is made of dense, high-quality EVA foam that covers a rigid, hollow plastic core. The core is made of ABS plastic (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), which withstands mechanical stress well. The hard, hollow centre gives the roller a sturdy and long-lasting frame, so it keeps its shape even with repeated use. According to the manufacturer, the Fitness Roller is designed to withstand constant and repeated use without breaking down. A distinctive feature of the roller is its textured 3D surface, which replicates the hands of a masseur: the wide and flat parts resemble the palm, the long and tubular parts the fingers, and the small and firm parts the fingertips. This lets you choose which part of the surface you use to massage a particular area.

How to use?

Place the roller on a flat floor or an exercise mat and rest the part of the body you want to massage on it, for example your thigh, calf or back. Slowly roll your body back and forth and adjust the pressure by how much of your body weight you put on the roller – supporting yourself with your hands or feet on the floor reduces the load. You can use the roller during your workout, for example between exercises, or after training together with stretching exercises. Start calmly with lighter pressure and increase it gradually once you feel confident.
