OstroVit Resveratrol VEGE is a food supplement in capsules containing Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) root extract. What is trans-resveratrol?

Resveratrol is a natural plant compound belonging to the polyphenols. It is found in small amounts in, for example, grape skins, peanuts and some berries, but Japanese knotweed root is particularly rich in it. Resveratrol occurs in two spatial forms – trans and cis – of which the trans form is more common in nature and more stable. The extract in this product is standardised to its trans-resveratrol content, so each capsule contains a consistent and precisely known amount. Japanese knotweed is a tall perennial plant of the knotweed family native to East Asia. In Europe it now grows wild in many places. The root of the plant is used to make the extract.

How to use?

Take 1 serving, i.e. 1 capsule, a day and swallow it with water. One capsule is also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. You can take the capsule at any time of day that suits you – what matters is regularity. With the recommended use, one package lasts for 60 days. This food supplement should only be consumed by adults. If you take medicines, use the product only under medical supervision. Do not use other food supplements containing resveratrol at the same time.
