Allnutrition Nutlove Sauce White Peanut Choco is a liquid peanut sauce with a white chocolate flavour, intended as an addition to meals, desserts and drinks. It is made from peanuts (17%), sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder (12%) and whey powder, and is sweetened with maltitol. Himalayan salt and flavourings complete the taste. The white chocolate flavour comes from flavourings – the sauce contains no chocolate or cocoa. The bottle holds 280 ml of sauce, enough for 56 servings of 5 g. One 5 g serving provides 106 kJ or 26 kcal. The product is made by the Polish brand Allnutrition.

Peanuts and maltitol

The sauce is based on peanuts, which make up 17% of the ingredients. Skimmed milk powder and whey powder, both made from milk, give it a creamy taste. The sweetness comes from maltitol, a polyol (sugar alcohol) used as a sweetener. 100 g of sauce contains 46 g of carbohydrate, of which 12 g are sugars and 34 g polyols. Because the polyol content is high, excessive consumption may produce laxative effects, so it is sensible to stick to the recommended 5 g serving. 100 g also contains 40 g of fat, of which 4 g saturates, as well as 8 g of protein and 2 g of fibre.

How to use?

The recommended daily dose is one serving, i.e. 5 g. Add the sauce to meals, desserts or drinks, for example porridge, yoghurt or coffee. Shake the bottle well before use – separation of the sauce is a natural phenomenon. After opening, keep the bottle at room temperature, not in the refrigerator, and use the sauce within four weeks. Do not freeze.
