Cinnamon cookie flavour

The flavour of the sauce comes mainly from the spiced cookies, which make up 42.5% of the product. The cookies are made with wheat flour, wheat starch, shea and coconut oil, maltitol, caramel colour, cinnamon (1.3%), salt and sodium bicarbonate as a raising agent. In addition to the cookies, the sauce contains sunflower oil, maltitol, emulsifiers (lecithins and mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) and salt. Maltitol is a polyol used as a sweetener instead of sugar. 100 g of sauce contains 10 g of sugars and 34 g of polyols. As the polyol content is above 10%, excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

How to use?

The recommended daily dose is one serving, i.e. 5 g. Add the sauce to meals, desserts or drinks – for example to porridge, pancakes, yoghurt or a coffee drink. The sauce may separate on standing: this is a natural phenomenon, so shake the pack well before use. As 5 g is a small amount, it is easiest to measure with kitchen scales. After opening, use the product within four weeks and store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
