OstroVit 100% Cashew Butter is a cashew butter made solely from roasted cashew nuts – the only ingredient is 100% cashews. No salt, sugar or palm oil has been added. This is the crunchy version, so besides the creamy base you will find pieces of cashew in every spoonful. Cashews are known for their characteristic kidney shape, and their deep, full taste goes well with both sweet and savoury dishes. 100 g of cashew butter contains 21 g of protein, and one 25 g serving provides 5.3 g. Protein provides about 14% of the energy content of the product, so it is a source of protein.
