What is the difference between casein and whey protein?

Whey protein is quickly absorbed, i.e. it quickly reaches the muscles, while casein protein is a bit different as it is broken down slowly in the digestive system. The different way of digesting and assimilating those two fractions does not make one better and the other worse. They are both needed but at different times of the day.

ALLNUTRITION PRO CASEIN CASEIN is the so-called "night protein", due to the length of time necessary for our bodies to absorb it. It is commonly believed that it should be consumed before bedtime but it can also be taken during the day, when combined with water or milk it has a unique texture - which is addictive!

Ingredients: micellar casein [milk], lactospore® (bacillus coagulans mtcc 5856), digezyme® [a-amylase (from aspergillus oryzae), neutral protease (from bacillus subtilis), cellulase (from trichoderma longibrachiatum), lactase (from aspergillus oryzae), lipase (from rhizopus oryzae)], flavouring, thickening agents: cellulose gum, guar gum, xanthan gum, dye: brown ht, salt, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame k.

How to use: Mix 30 g (1 scoop) of the product with 200 ml of water.

Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
