AllNutrition Pro+ Casein is a food supplement in powder form from the Polish brand Allnutrition, whose main ingredient is micellar casein, a milk protein. The bacterial culture LactoSpore (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856) and the enzyme complex DigeZyme have been added to the powder. One serving is 1 scoop, or 30 g of powder: it contains 27 g of micellar casein, 250 mg of LactoSpore with 1.25 billion colony-forming units (CFU) of Bacillus coagulans, and 81 mg of DigeZyme. A 500 g package makes about 16 servings. The powder is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K. Sportlab sells the Double Chocolate, Strawberry & Wild Strawberry and Vanilla Cream flavours. The country of origin of the product is Poland.

Protein

Casein is the main protein of milk – it makes up about 80% of cow’s milk proteins, the rest being whey protein. Micellar casein is casein separated from milk in which the natural micellar structure has been preserved. The Double Chocolate flavour contains 90 g of micellar casein per 100 g of powder, or 27 g in one 30 g serving. According to the nutrition information on the manufacturer’s official website, a 30 g serving provides 24 g of protein (80 g per 100 g); values may differ slightly between flavours, and the exact information is on the packaging.

How to use?

Mix one serving, i.e. 30 g of powder (1 scoop), with 200 ml of water and drink it immediately after preparation. Do not use more than one serving a day. Always close the packaging after use and store it in a dry, cool place out of reach of young children. With the recommended use, a 500 g package lasts about 16 days.

Who is it for?

According to the manufacturer, the product is intended for physically active people over the age of 18 who want to add milk protein to their diet and prefer to drink it as a beverage prepared with water. Flavours and ingredients

The ingredients and table in this description are based on the EU label of the Double Chocolate flavour; the composition of the other flavours may differ slightly, see the packaging. In addition to micellar casein, LactoSpore and DigeZyme, the Double Chocolate flavour contains flavouring, low-fat cocoa, the thickeners cellulose gum, guar gum and xanthan gum, salt and the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K. The DigeZyme enzymes are obtained from microorganisms: alpha-amylase and lactase from the mould Aspergillus oryzae, neutral protease from the bacterium Bacillus subtilis, cellulase from the fungus Trichoderma longibrachiatum and lipase from the mould Rhizopus oryzae. The allergen is milk. The product may contain derivatives of cereals containing gluten, sesame, nuts, celery and soy.
