Evolite Nutrition Micellar Casein is a powdered food supplement whose main ingredient is micellar casein obtained from milk. Depending on the flavour, one 30 g serving (about 1.5 scoops) provides 24.7–25.2 g of protein and 100–105 kcal of energy. A serving contains 0.45–0.52 g of fat and 1.12–1.18 g of sugars. The package contains 1000 g of powder, i.e. 33 servings. The powder is sweetened with sucralose and available in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla milkshake flavours. The drink is ready once you mix the powder with water or milk.

What is micellar casein?

Casein is the main protein in milk: it makes up about 80% of the protein in cow's milk, and the rest is whey protein. According to the manufacturer, it is obtained from milk by microfiltration, which separates casein from other milk components. How to use?

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. If you prepare the drink with milk, the nutrients of the milk are added to the nutrition values. Close the package tightly after use. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
