Vitamin C, or L-ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that the human body cannot produce itself, so it has to be obtained from food. OstroVit Marine Collagen provides 80 mg of vitamin C per serving, or 100% of the nutrient reference amount.

How to use?
