Applied Nutrition Creatine Gummies

Applied Nutrition Creatine Gummies – creatine in gummy form

Applied Nutrition Creatine Gummies is a food supplement in which creatine monohydrate comes in chewy gummies. Four gummies provide 3,000 mg of creatine monohydrate in total – the same amount usually measured out of a powder tub with a scoop. There is no need to mix the gummies with water or juice, no scoop or shaker is required, and the tub is easy to take to the gym, to work or on a trip. The pack contains 80 gummies, enough for 20 days. Applied Nutrition is a UK sports and supplement brand and the product is made in the United Kingdom.

What is in the gummies?

The main active ingredient is creatine monohydrate – the best-known and most studied form of creatine. The chewy texture comes from fruit pectin, a plant-based gelling agent, so no gelatine is used. Taste and sweetness come from granulated sugar, glucose syrup and flavouring. To stop the gummies sticking together, they are coated with a blend of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) and carnauba wax. The recipe is the same for all three flavours; only the taste and the factory allergen information differ. No colours or sweeteners are listed on the label. As the gummies contain sugar, take this into account when planning your daily diet.

Key features

• 3,000 mg of creatine monohydrate – in four gummies, i.e. one daily dose.
• No powder, no mixing – the gummies can be taken straight from the tub.
• Pectin-based – the texture comes from fruit pectin, not gelatine.
• Three flavours – Blue Raspberry, Millions Blackcurrant and Cola Blast.
• 80 gummies – 20 daily doses per pack.

Who is it for?

The product suits adults who train regularly at high intensity – for example in the gym, sprinting, combat sports or ball games with repeated short, powerful efforts. The gummies are a good choice for those who dislike the texture or taste of creatine powder and for anyone who wants their daily creatine amount to be precisely measured every time. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition or take regular medication, consult your doctor before use.
