Mutant CREAKONG – unflavoured powder with three forms of creatine

Mutant CREAKONG is a food supplement in powder form whose only ingredient is a creatine blend. Three forms of creatine in one blend

Creatine is a nitrogen-containing organic compound that the human body produces itself and that is also obtained from food, mainly from meat and fish. Food supplements use creatine in several chemical forms. CREAKONG combines three of them:

• creatine monohydrate – a creatine molecule bound to one water molecule; the most common form in food supplements;
• creatine-magnesium chelate – a compound in which creatine is bound to magnesium;
• tri-creatine citrate – a compound in which three creatine molecules are bound to one citric acid molecule.

The manufacturer does not disclose the ratio of the three forms in the blend. The label states the amount of the blend as a whole: 4 g per daily portion. Because part of the mass of each form is bound water, magnesium or citric acid, the amount of pure creatine per serving is less than 4 g. The amount of magnesium is not stated separately on the label either.

How to use?

The manufacturer recommends that adults performing high-intensity exercise take one scoop (4 g) with 250–375 ml of water 20–30 minutes before a workout. The recommended daily portion is one serving, i.e. 4 g. The product may be used for up to 8 weeks in a row, followed by a 4-week break. If you use other products containing creatine at the same time, take their amounts into account as well.
