Mutant Core Multi – vitamins, minerals and plant blends in tablet form

Mutant Core Multi (Multi on the label) is a food supplement containing high amounts of vitamins and minerals plus a plant blend and an enzyme blend. The daily dose is 2 tablets and the pack contains 60 tablets, which last for 30 days. One daily dose provides 13 vitamins and 9 minerals, most of them in amounts several times higher than the nutrient reference value (NRV). The tablets are oblong caplets. Mutant is a Canadian sports supplement brand and the country of origin of the product is Canada.

What is in the tablets?

In terms of vitamins, the daily dose provides 3000 µg of vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), 25 µg of vitamin D (as vitamin D2, i.e. ergocalciferol), 20 mg of vitamin E, 80 µg of vitamin K1 and 180 mg of vitamin C. Of the B vitamins, the tablets contain 3.3 mg of thiamin, 3.4 mg of riboflavin, 40 mg of niacin (36 mg as nicotinamide and 4 mg as nicotinic acid), 12 mg of pantothenic acid, 6 mg of vitamin B6, 600 µg of folic acid, 15 µg of vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin) and 300 µg of biotin.

In terms of minerals, the daily dose contains 220 mg of calcium, 120 mg of magnesium, 25 mg of zinc, 2 mg of copper, 2 mg of manganese, 110 µg of selenium, 180 µg of chromium, 100 µg of molybdenum and 150 µg of iodine. In addition, the formula includes 125 mg of Phyto-Blend made up of fruits, berries, vegetables and the algae spirulina and chlorella, 100 mg of Viri-Blend with L-arginine, red beet and pumpkin seed, and 40 mg of Enzy-Blend (protease, lactase, lipase and papain). The tablets also contain cinnamon, choline bitartrate, inositol, lycopene from tomato and lutein.

How to use?

Take 2 tablets daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the daily dose. If you are taking other food supplements containing vitamins or minerals at the same time, take their amounts into account too, as the tablets contain several nutrients in amounts many times higher than the nutrient reference value. The 60 tablets in the pack last for 30 days.
