Kaged Creatine Monohydrate Elite – unflavoured creatine monohydrate with black pepper extract

Kaged Creatine Monohydrate Elite is an unflavoured powdered food supplement from the Elite Series, with one scoop (5 g) providing 5000 mg of micronised creatine monohydrate. A patented black pepper fruit extract (MAXCatalyst™) is added to the creatine – this is the main difference from Kaged's standard creatine monohydrate, which contains creatine only. Creatine

Creatine is a compound formed in the body from three amino acids – arginine, glycine and methionine – and is also obtained in small amounts from food, for example red meat and fish. How to use?

According to the manufacturer, without a loading phase it can take up to 28 days for creatine to accumulate in the body. Drink enough fluids throughout the day while using creatine.
