Creatine

Creatine is a substance that the body produces itself and that is also obtained from foods of animal origin, such as meat and fish. Creatine monohydrate is a form of creatine in which the creatine molecule is bound to one water molecule; 5 g of creatine monohydrate contains approximately 4.4 g of creatine. One serving a day therefore provides more than 3 g of creatine.

• Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The claim is intended for adults performing high-intensity exercise.

How to use?

Mix 5 g of powder (about 1 scoop) with water or another drink and drink immediately. Consume one serving a day. As the powder is unflavoured, it can also be mixed into juice, a smoothie or a protein shake. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you use other creatine-containing products at the same time, take their creatine content into account as well.
