OstroVit Testo Extreme is a food supplement in capsules containing a total of 11 active ingredients: seven plant extracts, D-aspartic acid, and zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. One serving is 3 capsules and contains 370 mg of fenugreek seed extract, 300 mg of maca root extract, 300 mg of D-aspartic acid, 222 mg of Tribulus terrestris extract, 150 mg of nettle leaf extract, 120 mg of saw palmetto fruit extract, 70 mg of Panax ginseng root extract and 2.1 mg of black pepper fruit extract. The serving also provides 15 mg of zinc (150% of the nutrient reference value), 57 mg of magnesium (15%) and 3 mg of vitamin B6 (214%). The package contains 90 capsules, i.e. 30 servings, which last for 30 days.

The product contains zinc as zinc picolinate, magnesium as magnesium salts of citric acid, i.e. magnesium citrate, and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.

How to use?

Take 1 serving, i.e. 3 capsules, a day and swallow them with a glass of water. Three capsules are also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. OstroVit Testo Extreme is intended for adults who want to supplement their daily diet with zinc, magnesium, vitamin B6, D-aspartic acid and plant extracts in one product. The product must not be used by children, pregnant women or during breastfeeding. It is not recommended for women of childbearing potential or for people of either sex before puberty. Ingredients and plant extracts

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is an annual plant of the legume family whose seeds are also used as a spice. Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a root vegetable of the cabbage family that grows in the mountains of Peru. Tribulus terrestris is a low-growing plant of warm, dry regions; its extract is standardised to 90% saponins. Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) is a common plant in Europe, saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a low palm growing in the south-eastern United States and ginseng (Panax ginseng) is an East Asian plant whose root extract is standardised to 20% ginsenosides. The black pepper fruit extract is standardised to 95% piperine. The product also contains inulin, the bulking agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and the anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.
