OstroVit Expander – set of five training bands with accessories

OstroVit Expander is a set of five training bands that can be used in a wide range of workouts. Each band is 120 cm long and has two snap hooks that let you quickly attach it to the handles, ankle straps or door anchor. Latex, nylon and snap hooks

How to use?

The door anchor is placed in a closed door so that the band can be fixed to one point for the exercises that require it. The ankle straps let you attach the band to your leg. Start with a lighter band and move on to a stronger one when the exercise becomes too easy. After training, put the bands and accessories in the bag provided.
