This carefully balanced and perfectly blended composition undergoes a three-year fermentation process based on ancient Japanese traditions. Fermentation maximizes the natural health-promoting properties of each ingredient. The end result is an organic and living mixture that blends only with your own gut bacteria and promotes their development. Dr. Ohhira uses a capsule of proprietary ingredients (or their matrix) with a permeable membrane that protects the contents of the capsule (fermented paste) and prevents harmful organisms, stomach acid and other degrading agents from entering or contaminating the contents of the capsule and damaging the fermented paste biome. After a certain period of time, when your body temperature has sufficiently affected the permeable membrane, the contents of the capsule are released into the colon and small intestine.

A UNIQUE THREE-YEAR FERMENTATION PROCESS

Dr.OHHIRA® probiotics are produced from seasonal raw materials using a natural fermentation method. Production takes three years, during which the fermentation and maturation processes are repeated for four seasons under the action of lactic acid bacteria at different natural temperatures.

Locally sourced food ingredients, each from a different season, are added to the barrels for fermentation in the correct order. Lactic acid bacteria are then added, after which a long fermentation process begins. By repeating this process (adding seasonal raw materials at different times of the year), the lactic acid bacteria repeatedly ferments the products in the barrel. At the same time, collecting various nutrients such as amino acids, peptides, vitamins, minerals, organic acids, fiber, oligosaccharides, polyphenols and flavonoids.

Fermentation is a process that produces new beneficial substances, such as yeast and Bacillus Natto, which are beneficial to our health. Adults and children are recommended to take 1 capsule per day, 40 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. You should drink water afterwards. The product is suitable for people of all ages.
