What is creatine hydrochloride?

Creatine is a compound that occurs naturally in the body. It is also obtained from food – mainly from products of animal origin such as meat, fish and eggs – and from food supplements. Creatine hydrochloride (creatine HCl) is a form of creatine produced by combining creatine with hydrochloric acid. Its distinctive feature is very good solubility in water, which makes the powder easy to mix with water. Note that creatine itself makes up about three quarters of the amount of creatine hydrochloride: 3000 mg of creatine hydrochloride provides 2310 mg of creatine. The flavour comes from flavourings and the colour from powdered black carrot concentrate.

How to use?

Mix one 5 g serving (¾ scoop) in 300–350 ml of water. On training days, drink one serving a day after training; on rest days, one serving a day after waking up. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The package lasts for 60 days. The product is strongly hygroscopic: if the powder has clumped or become a compact mass, this does not mean that the product has lost its properties – break up the powder before mixing.
