What are EAA and BCAA?

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Essential Amino Acids (EAA) are the nine amino acids the body cannot produce itself — leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and histidine. They must come from food or supplements. BCAAs, or Branched-Chain Amino Acids, are three of the EAAs — L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. The classic 2:1:1 ratio (twice as much leucine as the other two) is the most studied BCAA ratio.

How to use Amino Fuel

Mix one serving (one scoop, or 13 g) with 500 ml of water and shake well in a shaker bottle. Consume before, during or immediately after training, or any time during the day when extra amino intake is required.
