What is EAA?

EAA (Essential Amino Acids) are amino acids that the human body cannot produce on its own and must be obtained from food. These are: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine (BCAA), L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-histidine and L-tryptophan.

Unflavored vs flavored variant

The unflavored variant contains only pure amino acids with no additives - a total of 10,000 mg EAA per serving. Flavored variants contain 6,700 mg EAA per serving plus L-glutamine (550 mg), L-tyrosine (300 mg) and L-cysteine (80 mg).

Note: Due to its high content of L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine and L-tryptophan, the product has poor solubility and a bitter taste. This is a natural characteristic of the raw materials used.
