Cellucor C4 Ripped – pre-workout drink powder with caffeine, beta-alanine and plant extracts

C4 Ripped is a pre-workout food supplement in powder form from the sports supplement brand Cellucor; it is mixed with water and drunk 20–30 minutes before training. One level scoop (6.3–6.4 g, depending on flavour) contains 150 mg of caffeine, 1600 mg of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, 1000 mg of L-citrulline, 500 mg of L-tyrosine and 500 mg of L-carnitine (as L-carnitine L-tartrate). Each serving also contains three plant extracts – 200 mg of green coffee bean extract, 50 mg of Capsimax® cayenne fruit extract and 50 mg of Panax ginseng root extract – as well as niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid and vitamin B12. The container holds 30 servings; the net weight is 189–192 g depending on flavour. The EU version we sell is made in the European Union.

B vitamins per serving

One serving contains 7.5 mg of niacin (47% of the nutrient reference value), 0.5 mg of vitamin B6 (36%), 100 µg of folic acid (50%) and 1.3 µg of vitamin B12 (52%). Niacin is present as nicotinamide, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.

How to use?

Mix one level scoop of powder with 175 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Take only one serving per day and do not use the product continuously for more than 8 weeks. As a serving contains 150 mg of caffeine, take coffee, tea, energy drinks and other caffeine-containing products into account – the total from all sources should not exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day.

C4 Ripped is intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over who train regularly and prefer a caffeine-containing drink before training. The product is not suitable for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women or persons sensitive to caffeine. If you also use other products containing caffeine or plant extracts, take their amounts into account.

The C4 Ripped flavours differ in their flavourings and colours; the amounts of the active ingredients are the same in all flavours and the sweetener used is sucralose. None of the flavour labels lists azo dyes.
