Amix Lecithin 1200 mg is a food supplement containing soya lecithin in easy-to-swallow soft gelatin capsules. One capsule contains 1200 mg soya lecithin. The container holds 100 capsules, which means 100 servings of one capsule. The recommended amount is 1–3 capsules a day, so the daily dose provides 1200–3600 mg soya lecithin. The capsule with its oily content needs no mixing or measuring and is a convenient way to add lecithin to your everyday diet. What is lecithin?

Lecithin is a natural fat-like mixture of substances, mainly made up of phospholipids. It is found in both plant and animal foods, such as egg yolk, soybeans and sunflower seeds. Industrially, lecithin is mostly obtained by processing soybean oil – and this is the kind of soya lecithin this product contains. In the food industry lecithin is widely used as an emulsifier that helps fat and water blend into a smooth mixture. That is why you can find it in products such as chocolate, margarine and baked goods, where it is labelled as the additive E322.

How to use?

Take 1–3 capsules a day with food and swallow them with plenty of water. The capsules do not need to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you take several capsules a day, you can divide them between different meals. At one capsule a day, one container lasts 100 days, and at three capsules a day approximately 33 days.

Ingredients and storage

The capsule content is soya lecithin; the capsule shell consists of gelatin, purified water and the humectant glycerol. The product may contain traces of milk, eggs, gluten and crustaceans. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from sunlight. Protect from frost and keep the container tightly closed.
