Rich Piana 5% Stage Ready – capsules with botanical extracts, vitamin B6, calcium and magnesium

Stage Ready is a food supplement in capsule form from 5% Nutrition, containing vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium and potassium as well as seven botanical ingredients and a complex of two plant extracts. The pack contains 60 vegetable cellulose capsules, i.e. ten daily doses; the daily dose is six capsules. The manufacturer intends the product to be used as a ten-day course, and no more than 60 capsules may be taken within 30 days. The botanical ingredients are dandelion root, shavegrass (horsetail), uva ursi leaf, juniper berries, buchu leaves, cranberry and green coffee beans; the complex contains cayenne pepper and grains of paradise extracts. What does the daily dose contain?

Six capsules contain:

• Vitamin B6 – 100 mg as pyridoxine hydrochloride (7143% NRV).
• Calcium – 300 mg as calcium carbonate (38% NRV).
• Magnesium – 120 mg as magnesium oxide (32% NRV).
• Potassium – 132 mg from coconut water concentrate and potassium citrate (7% NRV).
• Botanical ingredients – 600 mg of dandelion root extract, 550 mg of shavegrass powder, 450 mg of uva ursi leaf extract, 200 mg of juniper berry extract, 150 mg of buchu leaf extract, 125 mg of cranberry powder and 100 mg of green coffee bean extract.
• Botanical extract complex – 50 mg of cayenne pepper fruit extract (Capsimax™) and 30 mg of grains of paradise seed extract (Paradoxine®).

Botanical ingredients

The botanical ingredients in the order given on the label:

• Dandelion (Taraxacum mongolicum) – root extract in a 4:1 ratio, 600 mg per daily dose.
• Shavegrass or horsetail (Equisetum arvense) – powder of the dried aerial parts, 550 mg.
• Uva ursi (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) – leaf extract, 450 mg.
• Juniper (Juniperus communis) – berry extract in a 4:1 ratio, 200 mg.
• Buchu (Agathosma betulina) – leaf extract of a shrub native to South Africa, 150 mg.
• Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) – powder of the dried fruit, 125 mg.
• Green coffee bean – extract of unroasted coffee beans containing 50% chlorogenic acids, 100 mg.
• Cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) – fruit extract under the trademark Capsimax™, 50 mg.
• Grains of paradise (Aframomum melegueta) – seed extract of a West African plant of the ginger family under the trademark Paradoxine®, 30 mg.

An extract ratio of 4:1 means that four parts of plant raw material were used to make one part of extract.

How to use?

Take six capsules once a day with a full glass of water and use the product for ten consecutive days. Do not take more than six capsules within 24 hours or more than 60 capsules, i.e. one pack, within 30 days. Drink 6–8 glasses of water daily while taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose or the course length.
