Amix ThermoCore – caffeine and plant extracts in capsules

Amix ThermoCore is a food supplement that combines seven ingredients in two capsules: Coleus forskohlii extract, green coffee bean extract, guarana dried extract, white willow bark extract, caffeine anhydrous, bitter orange (Citrus aurantium) extract and the black pepper extract BioPerine®. One serving, i.e. two capsules, contains a total of 204 mg of caffeine, of which 160 mg comes from caffeine anhydrous and the rest from the guarana extract. One serving is taken per day before training. The package contains 90 vegetable capsules, i.e. 45 two-capsule servings.

What are the ingredients?

Guarana is a plant from the Amazon region whose seeds naturally contain caffeine; the dried extract used in the product contains 22% caffeine. Green coffee bean extract (Coffea arabica L.) is made from unroasted coffee beans and standardised to 45% chlorogenic acids. Coleus forskohlii is a plant of the mint family whose extract contains 10% forskolin. White willow bark extract is standardised to 15% salicin – which is why the product is not suitable for people allergic to aspirin. Bitter orange extract contains 95% synephrine, and BioPerine® is a black pepper extract containing 95% piperine. The exact amounts per serving are shown in the nutrition information.

How to use?

Take 2 capsules a day about 30–60 minutes before physical activity, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, as two capsules already contain 204 mg of caffeine. While using the product, limit caffeine-containing drinks, foods and medications – for example coffee, energy drinks and other caffeinated food supplements. As caffeine may disturb sleep, do not take the capsules shortly before bedtime.

Who is it for?

Amix ThermoCore is suitable for healthy adults who train regularly, are used to caffeine and want a food supplement with caffeine and plant extracts before training. Do not use the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding; it is not intended for children. The product is not suitable for people allergic to aspirin or for those with high blood pressure, arrhythmias, glaucoma, seizures, an ulcer, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, diabetes or a thyroid, blood, liver or eating disorder. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the food supplement, especially if you take medication.

Ingredients and package

The capsule contents consist of Coleus forskohlii extract, green coffee bean extract, guarana dried extract, white willow bark extract, caffeine anhydrous, bitter orange extract and black pepper extract. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water and the colour calcium carbonate. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (Methocel®) is used as a stabiliser, and vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide as anti-caking agents. The product may contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten, crustaceans and molluscs. The package contains 90 capsules. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
