Protein
Ordinary oatmeal porridge is a popular and good breakfast option, but it is too low in protein. Therefore, nutritionists and diet plans always recommend adding protein to your breakfast. Quick Protein Oats porridges already contain the necessary amount of protein (collagen, whey protein, hemp protein). This helps to better balance the nutrients in your menu, thus making eating easy and healthy.
Fiber
Quick Protein Oats porridges are high in fiber. Fiber is an essential component of everyone’s menu and most of us do not consume the necessary daily amount. Each 100 g serving contains 6.5 g of fiber.
Collagen
Porridge also contains over 10% of highest quality hydrolysed collagen. If you have at least one serving of porridge a day, you will also cover your body's daily need for 10 g of collagen.
HOW TO USE: Fill the bowl with 100 g of the porridge (331 kcal, women). 150g for men (497 kcal). Pour 100 g/ml of hot water over 100 g of porridge mix (for the Chocolate flavoured mix, use 80 g/ml of water), mix with a spoon and let sit for one minute. You can add more or less water according to your taste. And that is all you need to do to enjoy a healthy porridge. Prepare it at home in the morning or for lunch at work.
