ICONFIT Ashwagandha is a food supplement in capsule form that combines two ingredients made from the root of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L. Dunal): root powder and KSM-66® root extract. What is ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a shrubby plant of the nightshade family that grows wild in India, the Middle East and Africa. Food supplements mainly use the root of the plant – either as dried, finely ground root powder or as an extract made from the root. This product contains both forms. KSM-66® is a trademarked ashwagandha root extract; the 12:1 ratio means that twelve parts of root were used to make one part of extract. The root powder contains all the constituents of the root as they are in the dried root.

How to use?

Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water. One capsule contains 275 mg of root powder and 125 mg of root extract, so the two-capsule daily serving provides a total of 800 mg of ingredients made from ashwagandha root. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you also use other products containing ashwagandha, take their amounts into account. At the recommended use, one jar lasts 45 days.
