Garlic

Garlic (Allium sativum) is a plant of the onion genus whose bulb, made up of cloves, has been used as food and seasoning for thousands of years. Its characteristic smell and taste come from the sulphur compounds that occur naturally in it. Garlic also contains amino acids and trace minerals.

How to use?
