Applied Nutrition Black Stak is a food supplement made in the United Kingdom, with each daily dose packed in a separate sachet. One pack contains 11 pieces – four tablets and seven capsules. They provide vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), coenzyme Q10, L-glutamine, alpha-lipoic acid and extracts and powders of several plants. • B vitamin tablet – eight B vitamins – thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, biotin and folic acid, each at 300% of the nutrient reference value (NRV).
• Green tea, grape seed, pine bark, alpha-lipoic acid, lycopene and lutein capsule – 250 mg green tea leaf extract (21.3 mg EGCG and 20 mg caffeine), 100 mg grape seed extract, 100 mg pine bark extract (95 mg proanthocyanidins), 50 mg alpha-lipoic acid, 100 µg lycopene and 5 µg lutein.
• Vitamin and mineral tablet – 11 vitamins and 10 minerals, including vitamins A, D and K, iron, iodine, selenium, manganese, chromium and molybdenum.

Several nutrients are present in more than one component, so one pack provides in total 1245 mg vitamin C, 30 mg vitamin E, 6.2 mg vitamin B6, 66 mg niacin, 24 mg pantothenic acid, 165 µg biotin, 570 mg calcium, 307 mg magnesium, 7 mg zinc and 0.73 mg copper. How to use?

Take one pack a day with breakfast or any other main meal. Do not take the pack on an empty stomach. The recommended daily dose is one pack – do not exceed it and do not use other products containing green tea on the same day. If you take other food supplements containing vitamins or minerals at the same time, add up the amounts of the nutrients. Keep the tub tightly closed at 5–30 °C, away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight, and use the packs within six months of opening. The best before date and batch number are printed on the packaging.
