SIS GO Electrolyte Powder is an isotonic sports drink powder from Science in Sport that combines fast-absorbing carbohydrates with five key electrolytes in one refreshing drink. The powder dissolves in water to create an isotonic drink used by athletes during longer endurance training sessions and competitions to help maintain energy and fluid balance. One 500 g tub provides approximately 12 servings.

The carbohydrate blend (about 92-93%) is made up of maltodextrin and fructose, providing both a fast and a sustained source of energy. In addition, the powder contains electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium) which, when consumed together with water, replace minerals lost through sweat. The product is available in several flavours (blackcurrant, orange, lemon and lime) and is part of the Informed Sport programme, under which it is tested for prohibited substances.
