OstroVit Electrolytes effervescent tablets are an orange-flavoured food supplement containing potassium, sodium, glucose and vitamin C. The tablet is dissolved in water to make a refreshing drink – a good solution for those who do not like swallowing ordinary tablets. The recommended daily dose is 3 tablets, which provide 180 mg of vitamin C, 300 mg of potassium, 792 mg of sodium and 1200 mg of glucose. The package contains 20 effervescent tablets. Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that the body cannot produce itself and must obtain from food, such as peppers, kohlrabi, oranges and blackcurrants. In the tablets, potassium is present as potassium bicarbonate and sodium as sodium bicarbonate; the flavour comes from natural orange flavouring and the colour from riboflavin and beetroot concentrate.

How to use?

Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of lukewarm water and drink immediately after preparation. Take 1 tablet up to 3 times a day – the recommended daily dose is 3 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. At the full dose, one package lasts about six days. The product is intended for adults.
